We’re Still Here, But We’re Not
On Monday, April 2, 2018, we discovered that our eBay store front does not exist. Specifically, eBay serves up the following message when you attempt to access our store.
We notified eBay of the problem and we’re told this is a known internet issue and is impacting several sellers. Hopefully, they tell us, the problem will be resolved within 24 to 72 hours.
Our listings are still active, thankfully. We can see people watching our items. We’re not sure if we can complete a sale if one occurs. We’re hopeful, but we’re watching closely in case this issue is bigger than it appears to be. We’re at the mercy of eBay right now.

For other store front owners, if you receive this message, contact eBay directly and report the problem. At the very least, you should contact them to complain and make a record of the problem. You’ll then need to contact them after your site returns, and you can demand a credit for your eBay seller membership fee for the amount of time your store front was down.
