We’re Still Here, But We’re Not
On Saturday, May 5, 2018, we discovered that our eBay store front was once again down. Specifically, eBay serves up the following message when you attempt to access our store.
We notified eBay of the problem once again and we’re told the same thing as last month “this is a known internet issue and is impacting several sellers”. Once again, they tell us, the problem will be resolved within 24 to 72 hours. I sure hope this doesn’t continue to happen at the beginning of every month.
For other store front owners, if you receive this message, contact eBay directly and report the problem. At the very least, you should contact them to complain and make a record of the problem. You’ll then need to contact them after your site returns, and you can demand a credit for your eBay seller membership fee for the amount of time your store front was down.
